Our private personal fitness studio focuses on the individual needs of our clients, intelligent physical and mental health. With our 1on1 instruction, our clients receive successful tools that help them reach their goals not just in the gym but also in the real world. We focus on not just the physical needs of our clients but also mental as well. Our mind is such an important thing to your body, we don't take time to focus on the mental aspect of our self as much as we try to work on our physical. Here at the studio, we offer life coaching and distracted therapy that will help you build and also shape your mind.

Tyrek, also known as Ty, is the owner of Against All Odds Health & Fitness. Ty holds a BS and an MS in Behavioral Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition, he holds the following certifications:
· ISSA (International Sports Science Association),
· ASFA (American Sports & Fitness Association)
· Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist; NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist (National Association of Sports Medicine – Certified Personal Trainer)
· Crossfit Level-1
· Life Coaching from American University of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
· Certified (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral therapy Life Coach Practitioner
Ty began his fitness journey in January of 2008. He aspired to change peoples’ perceptions of fitness and nutrition. Intrigued to figure out a way, Ty began learning everything he could about his field. Ty eventually discovered that he was interested to learn more about the psychology of fitness and nutrition.
Ty’s genuine interest in helping others has formed his fitness philosophy; rather than science, fitness is an art and without the right plan, people will have a difficult time reaching their goals.
This belief is what sets Ty apart from everyone else. Ty works to develop the brain pathways to help clients work harder on believing in themselves. Once clients work to train their brain; clients can change their perceptions of fitness and of their life.
In January 2014, Ty created what is now known as Against All Odds Health & Fitness. Ty aims to help everyone reach their fitness as well as life goals through education and motivation. While he emphasizes the mental aspect of fitness, he also helps people with depression and anxiety both in fitness training and in life coaching.
CERTIFIED PFT COACH
Eric attended Brandford Hall for personal training education. He is currently studying at NASM to receive certification as a certified personal trainer. Future studies include certifications on sports exercise and psychology with a bachelor's in athletic training by fulfilling the requirements for certification established by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification, Inc. (NATABOC).
Eric is skilled in sports athletic training. He trains athletes in specificity, overload, adoption, progression, and reversibility. Also with designs of (SAQ) speed, agility and quickness training programs for clients at any level of training. Eric has been training athletes for 7 years. He’s coached his son who ran a 5.2 in the 40yd dash in 2008 and now runs a 4.31 with hopes of entering the C.F.L in two years. Eric was an assistant football and agility coach in 2009 for the West Hartford Youth Football league. Under his teaching, the team went undefeated and won the super bowl. He looks forward to helping others achieve optimal performance while surpassing their goals and exceeding all expectations. Eric hopes to someday train professional athletes while working as a sports rehabilitation physical therapist.
